About me

Am by the name of Namusobya Aisha a dynamic Professional with a strong background in human resource management,credit operations and Banking Operations.I hold a masters degree in Business Administration  from Islamic University In Uganda .and Bachelor in Human Resource Management from Makerere University .

I bring more than 13 years of experience in different managerial roles where I have consistently demonstrated strategic planning, process improvement and team management skills.

    • Support the branch operations structure to ensure compliance to the set processes and procedure through coaching, onsite field assessments of control environments in the branches. • Responsible for reviewing the scorecards and coaching the respective Branch Operations Manager accordingly.
