I lead and manage the Guest & Client Relations team, offering guidance, support, and mentorship to the team members. I provide Guest & client Management support for all events, develop & implement protocol guidelines and procedures to ensure smooth operations during the Simples Entertainment events and projects. I coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute all protocol-related aspects of the Simples Entertainment programs, including meetings, conferences, and official events. Additionally, I oversee the management of our recurring clients including hospitality services. I maintain strong relationships with government officials, diplomatic representatives, and other key stakeholders to facilitate successful protocol arrangements in the public sector and ensure compliance with relevant international protocol practices and standards.
