MEAL Officer
• Work closely with the MEAL Coordinator and Medical Coordinator to support in designing the MEAL systems and manage those systems for the project’s activities to ensure quality, learning and greater accountability. • Coordinate reporting specifically tracking deadlines, ensuring adherence to formats and requirements, ensuring reporting quality and accuracy, and periodic report writing, editing, and submission. • Compile progress against indicators and report to the team according to the performance-monitoring plan. • Develop accountability and transparency mechanisms for the program and orient teams. • Performing spot checks on the team’s data collected and reported to ascertain accuracy and consistency. each month. • Actively participate in household identification and verification of households that participate in the Activity. • Build the capacity of all relevant team members to implement program-monitoring tools, accurately enter program data into relevant databases, and enable them to develop excellent reports and other documents. • Participating in coordination meetings with other partner in the area • Designing and implementing a community workshop to define baseline measures and indicators of progress that the community can use to evaluate the effectiveness of the program. • Document lessons learned and success stories on the project and analysing and presenting,Dissemination field learnings and recommendations to team members, beneficiaries and other relevant audiences. • Ensure compliance with donor and Medical Teams International regulations related to refugee and child protection programming. • Proactively ensure that team members operate in a secure environment and are aware of policies. • Support all efforts toward accountability, specifically to our beneficiaries and to international standards guiding international relief and development work, while actively engaging beneficiary communities as equal partners in the design, monitoring and evaluation of our field projects. • Build capacity of the MEAL Assistants in regard to reporting

Data Officer
Work with different health unit’s departments in ensuring timely, accurate, complete and valid data is generated from the respective registers into weekly, monthly, and quarterly HMIS/PEPFAR reports or any other required report and are verified before submission to the DHO, Baylor and MoH and support in entry into DHIS2 and PEPFAR. The data/reports pertain to: HIV Care & Treatment program, PMTCT including EID, TB including MDRTB, TB/HIV, Counselling and Testing, VMMC, Nutrition, WASH, Gender and social inclusion, Malaria, MNCH, Family Planning, and Laboratory. Work closely with the District Biostatistician to ensure that patient’s records are captured accurately and HMIS reports are compiled and submitted in the DHIS2 and all donor reporting systems Work with the HIAs and data assistants to ensure that best practices of medical records storage and management are implemented. Work closely with Health sub district records Officers and District HMIS Focal Persons and Biostatisticians to quantify the HMIS and non HMIS tools needed to ensure sustained data collection at the health facilities.
