Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

Introduction
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our M&E systems, ensuring that our programs are effective, efficient, and impactful.

My Key Technical Responsibilities
1. Design and implement M&E frameworks: Develop and implement comprehensive M&E frameworks that align with our program goals and objectives.
2. Data collection and analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, including surveys, assessments, and program reports.
3. Reporting and dissemination: Prepare and submit regular reports to stakeholders, including donors, management, and program teams.
4. Program evaluation: Design and implement evaluations to assess program effectiveness, efficiency, and impact.
5. Capacity building: Provide technical support and training to program staff on M&E-related matters.

1. Qualifications: Bachelor degree of Science in Information Technology
2. Experience: I have more than 5 years of experience in M&E, preferably in a development or humanitarian or emergency, or Education, or Health context.
3. Technical Skills:
1. Proficiency in statistical software, such as SPSS, STATA, or R Programing Language.
2. Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills Using Tableau, Power BI.
3. Strong reporting and communication skills whilst using corporate office package, or Microsoft package.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
