Kiboko Enterprises Limited was incorporated as Private Limited Company in May 1992 under the flagship of Kiboko Group of Companies, and started commercial activities from the date of its incorporation.Within short span of time the company has grown virtually from small trading company dealing in roofing sheets to a giant Import and Distribution house of General Merchandise with a turnover of USD 20 Million. The Company was awarded a sole distributor ship of PHILIPS for Uganda Market in 1998 by PHILIPS Lighting B.V., PHILIPS Consumer Electronics & PHILIPS Domestic Appliances, whereas in the year 2004 by World No 1 FMCG company Procter & Gamble.
