Company Description

ThinkWell, in collaboration with its partners, is seeking a Health and Climate Financing Specialist to support governments in strengthening their health systems’ resilience to climate change through innovative financing solutions and adaptation strategies.

The Specialist will lead efforts to help governments identify, access, and effectively utilize climate finance mechanisms for health system adaptation. They will work closely with the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Finance to develop comprehensive strategies that bridge the gap between climate funding opportunities and health system strengthening needs. This role will focus on building capacity for climate-smart healthcare financing and will support the development of bankable projects on climate adaptation and mitigation for the health sector.
