Job Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Brand Ambassador Team Leader to oversee
and coordinate brand activation events. The ideal candidate will lead a team of brand
ambassadors, ensuring successful execution of activations, engaging with potential
customers, and driving conversions. Incentives will be offered for hitting and exceeding
objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership & Coordination
○ Supervise and motivate a team of brand ambassadors during activations.
○ Ensure all team members are aligned with brand messaging and engagement
strategies.
○ Manage on-site logistics and resolve any operational issues.
2. Brand Awareness & Customer Engagement
○ Effectively communicate brand values, products, and services to potential
customers.
○ Guide the team in creating a memorable brand experience at activations.
3. Customer Insights & Lead Generation
○ Listen to and understand customer needs, providing relevant product
information.
○ Collect feedback to help improve engagement strategies.
4. Conversion & Performance Tracking
○ Ensure the team meets the goal of converting 10 clients per activation.
○ Track leads and conversions, reporting results after each activation.
○ Provide insights and recommendations for improving activation success.
5. Incentives & Performance Rewards
○ Incentives will be offered for achieving and surpassing the set objectives.
○ Bonuses will be awarded for exceeding conversion targets.
Qualifications & Requirements:
● Previous experience in brand activations, sales, or promotions.
● Strong leadership and people management skills.
● Excellent communication and customer engagement abilities.
● Target-driven mindset with the ability to motivate a team.
● Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Performance Metrics:
● Brand awareness generated (measured through engagement and interactions).
● Customer feedback and insights collected.
● Achievement of 10 client conversions per activation as a team.
Performance incentives earned based on targets met and exceeded.
