Case Team Leader, Uganda

About the Opportunity:

The Agrifood System Transformation for Youth Employment (ASTYE) program in Uganda is a transformative initiative designed to address systemic challenges hindering agricultural development and youth employment, particularly for young women. Funded by the Mastercard Foundation and implemented in partnership with DSG, AGRA, and GOAL, ASTYE aims to create dignified and fulfilling work opportunities for young people while strengthening Uganda’s agrifood ecosystem.​​

DSG is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Case Team Leader (CTL) to join our Analytics Team and contribute to a diverse range of projects, with a particular focus on providing analytical support to the ASTYE Uganda program. The CTL will lead and manage client engagements, utilizing analytical rigor and strategic thinking to deliver impactful solutions. The CTL will work closely with other members of the Analytics Team and program teams, overseeing cases and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work. Within the program, the CTL will play a key role in leading analytical workstreams, engaging with stakeholders, and providing data-driven insights to inform program strategy and implementation.
