Job Description

Exquisite Solution Limited is seeking a qualified Casing Tong Operator to support our client in the oil and gas sector. The role is responsible for operating casing power tongs, performing rig up and rig down of casing equipment, maintaining casing running equipment, and executing other casing-related tasks on the rig floor.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain casing running equipment and accessories.
  • Rig up, run, and rig down drilling components safely.
  • Inspect casing, tubing, and accessories on site.
  • Verify running data and casing/tubing sequences.
  • Ensure tubular tight-up torque meets specifications.
  • Prepare and submit daily casing and running reports.
  • Identify and report safety hazards or unsafe acts.
  • Report operational issues and equipment non-conformance.
  • Communicate professionally with rig personnel, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with knowledge of oil and gas operations.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to perform effectively in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
  • Ability to identify and resolve basic mechanical and operational issues.
  • High attention to detail to ensure compliance with safety protocols and equipment maintenance.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills for clear coordination and instruction following.
