Complete application forms should be submitted in triplicate on PSC Form 3 (Revised 2008) to the Secretary, City Service Commission Gulu City, P.O. Box 140, Gulu at the City Service Commission’s Registry located in Former Laroo Division Office Block with clear position reference number not later than 16th January, 2025 at 5:00 pm.
For officers already in Civil Service, applications MUST be accompanied with duly signed and completed recommendation forms (PSC Form 2) by the Responsible Officer.

Application forms can be obtained from the Public Service Commission Offices, District Service Commission Offices, City Service Commission Offices Countrywide or can be downloaded from Ministry of Public Service Website www.publicservice.go.ug.

Applications should be accompanied with 3 (Three) most current coloured passport size photographs, Letters of Appointment/promotion to the present substantive grade/position, photocopies of Certified Academic Transcripts and Certificates, Identity cards (National ID and Institutional ID), Valid Practicing License and registration certificates for medical personnel and an Online registration certificates for teachers, Engineers, Procurement and other relevant Authorities and Departments that is a requirement for operation.
