About This Job:

Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.

On behalf of our client in the telecom industry, we are looking for competent, skilled and experienced Direct Sales Agents to work in the following regions. Kabale / Kisoro, Ntungamo /Rukungiri-Kanungu, Greater Bushenyi,Masaka/ Lyantonde, Luweero/ Nakaseke, West Nile & Moroto/ Kotido, Kitgum/ Pader)

Job Purpose:

Responsible for generating and closing Sales. This includes both through individual corporate, Home, and office internet sales leads for ODU Devices.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Sales Generation :Make sales within assigned territories and focus areas
  • Customer Database Management :Onboard and activate new customers
  • Market development Customer service.
  • Market Activations :Identify and conduct Market activations.
  • Meetings : Submit Daily reports, before Close of Business (Sales, Pipeline, Challenges/ Issues)
  • Reports :Participate in Meetings and trainings as scheduled by Supervisor (regular and Impromptu)
  • Adhere to Routes and Journey Plans as directed or agreed upon by the supervisor and Lead-5G.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies

Mandatory Requirements:

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Its Equivalent

Skills :

  • Possess good communication skills.
  • Male or Female preferably below 30 years.
  • Energetic, willing to spend 8-10 hrs in the field.
  • Well-groomed and presentable.
  • Possess good interpersonal skill (able to form working relationship with the co-workers)
  • Ability to learn new concepts.
  • Result orientation and strong execution ability
  • Strong Selling skills
