Job Description

Role Description

The role involves conducting drive tests, analyzing network performance, optimizing RF parameters, and using tools like TEMS Investigation for networks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in planning and executing drive tests, including route planning, equipment setup, and data collection.

2. Collect and analyze data from drive tests, including data logging, troubleshooting, and reporting.

3. Assist in identifying and resolving issues related to product performance.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing.

5. Develop and maintain technical knowledge of company products and technologies.

6. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

1.Radio Frequency (RF) and Optimization skills

2.Testing and TEMS Investigation experience

3.Knowledge of wireless communication technologies (eg; 4G, 5G)

4.Ability to analyze and interpret data

5.Excellent problem-solving skills

6.Strong communication and teamwork skills

7.Attention to detail and accuracy

8.Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Science or related field

Desirable Qualifications

1. Experience with drive test equipment and software.

2. Knowledge of wireless communication technologies (e.g., 4G, 5G).

3. Familiarity with data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB).

4. Certification in a related field (e.g., RF engineering, automotive engineering).
