Job Description

Executive – Chiller & Compressor

  • Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Refrigeration / Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience Required: 3–4 Years
  • Industry Focus: Any Manufacturing Utilities Sector

Job Purpose
To supervise shift performance, coordinate preventative maintenance, and optimize energy efficiency for industrial chillers and high-pressure air compressors.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the operation of ammonia/freon chillers, cooling towers, and high-pressure packaging air compressors.
  • Track utility performance metrics including energy consumption profiles, oil carry-over values, and air leaks.
  • Schedule routine overhauls, valve inspections, compressor oil analyses, and refrigerant refills.
  • Respond to critical breakdowns to restore refrigeration and compressed air flows to production lines.
