Job Description

Executive – Loading (Preform & Closure)
  • Source of Recruitment: Local
  • Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Warehouse Management / Logistics
  • Experience Required: 4–5 Years
  • Industry Focus: Preform and Closure / Industrial Manufacturing

Job Purpose
  • To supervise the staging, checking, and safe loading of finished preforms and closures onto dispatch vehicles to meet internal and external distribution schedules.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee shift loading crews to ensure preform boxes and closure octabins are handled correctly to prevent crushing or contamination.
  • Match physical product codes, batch numbers, and pallet counts against the official dispatch slip before loading begins.
  • Enforce vehicle inspection safety protocols, ensuring transit trucks are clean, dry, and free of odors or sharp edges.
  • Complete physical loading tallies, secure transit locks, and submit timely shift loading reports to the Warehouse Manager.
