Job Description

Executive – Returns Handling (Preform & Closure)
  • Source of Recruitment: Local
  • Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Warehouse Management / Material Management
  • Experience Required: 4–5 Years
  • Industry Focus: Preform and Closure / Industrial Manufacturing
Job Purpose
  • To receive, evaluate, document, and process all returned plastic packaging components, sorting items for rework, reuse, or safe recycling.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all inbound customer returns, transport breakages, and production line over-stocks for preforms and closures.
  • Inspect returned items for contamination, dust, or physical damage, and quarantine questionable stock immediately.
  • Coordinate with the Quality and Production teams to decide if returned materials can be put back on the shelves, reworked, or ground down for recycling.
  • Maintain clean electronic logs of all returned assets, issue credit notes, and file monthly reasons-for-return summaries.
