Job Description

In Charge – Stores
- Source of Recruitment: Local

- Experience Required: 8–10 Years
- Industry Focus: Any Manufacturing/Industrial Sector
Job Purpose
To manage the plant’s central stores, ensuring strict oversight of raw materials, operational ingredients, engineering spares, and documentation accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise full receipt, stock accounting, verification, and issuance routines for all storage classes.
- Monitor minimum, maximum, and safety stock limits for packaging components and engineering parts.
- Enforce weekly cycle counts and seasonal reconciliation audits across physical warehouses.
- Generate and present comprehensive inventory value, variance, and aging stock reports to management.
