Job Description

Operator – Shrink Wrap
  • Source of Recruitment: Local
  • Minimum Qualification: Trade Certificate (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics)
  • Experience Required: 4–5 Years
  • Industry Focus: High-Speed PET Bottling Plant

Job Purpose
To safely operate and maintain the final packaging shrink wrap and collation machines to prepare commercial packs for warehouse transfer.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage shrink tunnel parameters including temperature, conveyor speeds, and film wrapping tension.
  • Monitor bundle alignment, film sealing quality, and overall pack structural integrity.
  • Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting, film splicing, and routine heating element adjustments.
  • Clean and clear collation tracks and pack discharge zones to prevent line jams.
