Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in and supervise day to day operations including dispensing, patient screening etc.
- Lead, mentor and motivate a team of technical and support staff fostering a positive and collaborative culture.
- Foster a customer centric culture within the pharmacy.
Soft Skills
- Knowledge of pharmaceuticals, pharmacy laws and pharmacy operations e.g. inventory management.
Education & Requirements
- Education: At least a Diploma in Pharmacy or a related field.
- Experience: 1 years
- Industry Experience: Pharmacy
Additional Details
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a busy retail pharmacy setting preferably in a similar role.
