Job Description

Premier Distilleries Limited is looking for a Procurement Officer with experience in sourcing and managing automobile spare parts to join our team and help us keep our operations running efficiently through smart sourcing and supplier management.

Preferably a lady.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

 

 

  • 2-3 years’ experience in procurement of automobile spare parts (genuine & aftermarket) or related automotive industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Diploma or related professional qualification is also acceptable.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle parts, specifications, compatibility, and pricing trends.
  • Skilled in supplier negotiation, price analysis, and cost control.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic inventory systems.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers of automobile spare parts.
  • Source quality parts (genuine & aftermarket) at competitive prices.
  • Negotiate terms, prices, and ensure cost-effective and timely purchases.
  • Verify part specifications, compatibility, and cross-reference before purchase.
  • Ensure timely delivery and availability to support fleet and operational needs.
  • Monitor inventory levels, lead times, and minimize stockouts or overstock.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and procurement standards.
