Job Description

Quality Line Inspection & Incoming Material Inspector

  • Minimum Qualification: Diploma (Plastic Technology)
  • Experience Required: 3–4 Years
  • Industry Focus: Preform and Closure Manufacturing

Job Purpose
To execute hourly on-line product tests, verify specifications, and report processing errors to operational staff.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform hourly line audits checking preform dimensions, weights, closure wall seals, and thread values.
  • Confirm that incoming base packaging items meet structural quality specifications.
  • Document inspection metrics and log tracking data into the quality department database.
  • Flag product defects to operators and team leaders to pause off-spec lines quickly
