Job Title

Relationship Manager – Workplace Banking

Reports to

  • Manager Personal and Institutional Banking

Duty Station

  • Head Office

Job Purpose

To acquire and manage workplace banking customers and provide banking solutions to salaried employees while achieving set sales and relationship management targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop market sales plans to achieve sales targets.

  • Drive initiatives to accelerate new business growth.

  • Generate MOUs with institutions and negotiate salary loan schemes.

  • Participate in development of workplace banking strategies and policies.

  • Strengthen relationships with existing and potential customers.

  • Work with internal teams to grow deposits and loan portfolios.

  • Monitor competitor products and market trends.

  • Visit prospective companies and acquire new schemes.

  • Maintain a comprehensive database of existing schemes.

  • Address customer complaints and issues.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Management, or related field.

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in banking or relationship management.

Competences

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Advanced computer literacy and numerical skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure.
