Job Description

Exquisite Solution Limited is recruiting an experienced Sales Supervisor for our client in the telecom sector. This role involves leading and managing a team, improving performance, coaching staff, supporting recruitment, and ensuring sales targets are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
  • Assign territories, monitor field activities, and ensure market coverage.
  • Track and report team performance, providing feedback and improvement plans.
  • Conduct team meetings, training, and performance reviews.
  • Support lead generation, client engagement, and deal closures.
  • Resolve customer escalations and manage complex negotiations.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and share market, customer, and competitor insights.
  • Develop strategies to enhance sales performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to support promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
  • Foster a positive team culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.

 Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 3 years of sales experience, with supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to drive team performance, meet sales targets, and manage KPIs.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage field teams effectively.
  • Knowledge of telecom products, services, and market trends.
  • Skilled in reporting, sales data analysis, and providing actionable insights.
  • Customer-focused, able to handle escalations and maintain high service standards.
  • Flexible to travel and support field operations as needed.
