Job Description

Team Leader – Production
- Source of Recruitment: Local
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate Engineer (Any Stream)
- Experience Required: 8–10 Years
- Industry Focus: High-Speed PET Bottling Plant
Job Purpose
- To drive production efficiency, lead shift operations, and maximize output yields while keeping operational costs and machinery downtime at a strict minimum.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute daily production schedules to achieve plant volume targets.
- Monitor, optimize, and document Line Efficiency, yields, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Plan long-term machinery spares and collaborate closely with Engineering to program preventive maintenance.
- Champion localized workplace safety protocols (OSHA), waste reduction initiatives, and GMP compliance.
