Job Description
Job Purpose
The Graphics Designer will create visual content to support the University’s branding, marketing, and communication initiatives. This includes digital and print media, social media campaigns, website graphics, publications, and promotional materials. The role ensures all visual materials reflect the University’s identity, values, and high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce print and digital graphics including brochures, banners, social media posts, newsletters, and reports.
- Develop visual concepts for campaigns, events, and institutional branding initiatives.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Admissions, and Academic departments to create compelling visuals for campaigns and publications.
- Maintain and ensure consistency of the University’s brand guidelines across all media.
- Edit images, illustrations, and videos for online and offline use.
- Support website updates with visually engaging content.
- Stay updated with design trends, software, and best practices in graphic design.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years professional experience in graphic design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere)
- Experience in digital and social media design
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and visual storytelling skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and collaborate with teams
- Knowledge of UI/UX design and website graphics
