Learn more about our impactful programs at www.raisingthevillage.org Role Purpose The FP&A Officer plays a critical role in supporting organizational decision-making through robust financial planning, analysis, and reporting. The role includes preparing budgets and forecasts, analyzing financial performance, developing management reports and dashboards, and serving as a finance business partner to program and operational teams. The FP&A Officer will ensure that timely, accurate, and insightful financial information is available to support effective resource allocation, cost control, and donor compliance. This role goes beyond reporting to include financial modelling, performance analysis, and the proactive identification of risks and opportunities.
