Gardeners

Description
Responsible for maintaining the lodge grounds, lawns, flowerbeds, and natural surroundings to ensure a beautiful and clean environment for guests.

Requirements

  • Must be hardworking, trustworthy, disciplined, and respectful.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work long hours, weekends, holidays, and under pressure.
  • Ability to work in remote lodge locations and natural environments.
  • Physically fit and in good health.
  • Smart appearance and high hygiene standards.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a hospitality or natural environment (except entry-level support where training may be considered).
