Job Description

Pool Attendants

Description
Monitors guest safety around the swimming pool area, cleans the pool surroundings, arranges outdoor towels and lounge chairs, and provides general assistance to guests.

Requirements

  • Ability to monitor guest safety around the pool area.
  • Knowledge of cleaning pool surroundings, arranging towels, chairs, and guest assistance.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Excellent customer care and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be hardworking, trustworthy, and disciplined.
  • Ability to work long hours, weekends, holidays, and under pressure.
  • Ability to work in remote lodge locations and natural environments.
  • Physically fit, in good health, smart appearance, and high hygiene standards.

Experience

  • Experience in pool maintenance or hospitality pool service preferred, backed by a minimum of 3 years of general hospitality experience.
