KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Business Development & Revenue Growth
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Service Delivery Coordination
  • Market Intelligence & Reporting

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Telecommunications, or related field.
  • 2-4 years in B2B sales, account management, or relationship management (preferably ICT/telecom).
  • Strong knowledge of ISP and telecom solutions such as MPLS, SD WAN, VPNs, Cloud, VolP, Managed Services is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and conflict management skills.
