Description:

  • Responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring workplace health and safety policies to ensure complete environmental and regulatory compliance. This role involves conducting risk assessments, organizing safety training for staff, investigating workplace incidents, and maintaining a hazard-free work environment.

Requirements:

    • Diploma in Health and Safety, OR a Diploma in any Engineering course.
    • Deep understanding of national occupational health and safety regulations.
    • Strong risk-assessment, facility inspection, and formal reporting skills.
    • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and staff training abilities.
    • High level of attention to detail and critical thinking under pressure.

Experience:
Proven experience in managing and executing workplace safety programs within a heavy technical or manufacturing environment.
