Job Description
About the Client
Our client is specialized in supply and apply Inspection and audit service for lifting equipment, tubular, rig equipment, in process inspection and pipeline baseline surveys.
Job Summary
Be responsible for the operation, maintenance, repair and patrol inspection of land drilling rig electrical equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out tour inspection of electrical equipment and instruments according to inspection route.
- Carry out electrical repair work strictly according to regulations and operating procedures.
- Maintain electrical equipment according to PMS, strictly follow PMS system, maintain equipment according to maintenance procedures, and make maintenance records.
- Carry out simple repair work in case of electrical equipment failure.
- Participate in the management of all the electrical equipment of the drilling rig to make it run normally, assist the electrician to repair and replace the equipment, troubleshoot simple faults independently to ensure the normal operation of drilling work.
- Manage and use daily electrical hand tools and instruments.
- Assist electrician to turn off or on related equipment after receiving instructions.
- Responsible for transformer room, MCC room, VFD maintenance.
- Cooperate with electrical engineer to complete all kinds of weekly and monthly inspection and make relevant records carefully.
- Familiar with emergency duties of electrician position.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- College diploma or above
- Hold the electrician post certificate issued by the company and the special operation certificate (electrician operation) issued by the authoritative department.
- 3 years oilfield experience; 1 year in similar position
- Love and dedication, good conduct and strong principle.
- Have certain organization, management, coordination and communication skills, and have good language expression skills.
- Have good professional skills of electrical instrument, can independently complete the maintenance and repair of various lights, signal lights and auxiliary equipment of drilling rig.
- Be familiar with the electrical operation process and master the company’s safety management regulations.
- Age under 45.
- Hold relevant qualification certificates required by the company.
