To maximize consumer reach and accommodate the rapid growth of retail distribution in Uganda, the manufacturer functions through an extensive supply network. They distribute products to hardware dealers, wholesale merchants, and electronics shops nationwide, while maintaining direct-to-consumer sales via digital channels and physical retail hubs. In addition to their proprietary manufacturing branches, the enterprise functions as a regional tech distributor, forming strategic commercial alliances to retail modern smartphones and mobile data routers alongside their home hardware.
The primary household appliances, structural PVC hardware, and personal hygiene products manufactured and distributed by Simbaland Industries Ltd include the following:
- Piao Piao Hygiene Products: Premium consumer personal care items including the flagship Piao Piao toilet papers, soft dinner serviettes, facial box tissues, baby diapers, and night-use sanitary pads.
- Kitchen & Cooking Appliances: Energy-efficient culinary hardware encompassing 5-liter air fryers, multi-size rice cookers (1.2L to 3.0L), 3-in-1 food blenders, bread toasters, and electric hotplates.
- Household Electrical Utilities: Fast-boiling stainless steel electric kettles, steam and dry irons, multi-way surge extension sockets, high-vacuum thermal flasks, and heavy-duty hair dryers.
- Construction & Drainage PVCs: Industrial and residential uPVC rain gutters, central drainage outlets, end caps, and plumbing structural fittings built for heavy weather resilience.
- Water Heating Systems: High-safety domestic and commercial instant water heaters alongside storage water heaters ranging in capacity from 6 liters up to 15 liters.
- Smart Device Distribution: Retail supply of modern mobile telecommunications hardware including ZTE smartphones and high-speed wireless routers
