Job Description

Planner – Maintenance
- Source of Recruitment: Local
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate Engineer (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical)
- Experience Required: 5–6 Years
- Industry Focus: High-Speed PET Bottling Plant
Job Purpose
To map, schedule, and structure maintenance routines across packaging lines and syrup units while balancing the engineering spare parts inventory.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the production department to schedule monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance windows.
- Build Bill of Materials (BOM) for critical plant systems and oversee the reorder thresholds for mechanical and electrical spares.
- Evaluate maintenance work orders, track equipment lifecycle logs, and review asset history documents.
- Track maintenance budgets and provide analytics on planned vs. reactive maintenance distributions.
