Its specialized Nalukolongo Flour Mill Plant processes high-quality grains into premium flour brands like Kaswa, Horse Brand, Atta, and Sooji, which are heavily relied upon by both retail households and commercial kitchens nationwide. The bakery division utilizes these refined inputs to supply millions of loaves of bread, custom cakes, pastries, and confectionery items daily.
Beyond food processing, Ntake Group has aggressively diversified its manufacturing portfolio into heavy consumer essentials and corporate industrial fats. Backed by land allocations from the Uganda Investment Authority, the group constructed a multi-billion-shilling Edible Oil Refinery at the Kampala-Namanve Industrial and Business Park. This expansive facility refines Ntake Fortified Cooking Oil alongside fast-moving consumer goods like Zuri Soap and the Maxisoft / AAA paper recycling line of toilet tissues and serviettes. Concurrently, the plant services commercial bakers by supplying essential bulk ingredients such as Ntake Margarine and Bakers Fat.
As a completely indigenous brand employing thousands of Ugandan professionals, the company plays a pivotal role in the regional economy and local real estate sector. The enterprise integrates structural asset management, animal and crop husbandry, and purified drinking water batching into its broader family corporate constitution. By combining automated tech infrastructure with deep community engagement—including nutritional awareness campaigns and vocational school tours—Ntake continues to reduce Uganda’s dependence on imported consumer items while scaling its exports into cross-border East African marketplaces.
