Job Description

Maintenance Executive (Preform & Closure)
  • Source of Recruitment: Local
  • Minimum Qualification: Diploma (Plastic / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering)
  • Experience Required: 5–6 Years
  • Industry Focus: Husky & Sacmi Molding Plant

Job Purpose
  • To schedule preventive maintenance, minimize breakdown times, and track performance logs for plastic processing machinery and auxiliary units.
Key Responsibilities
  • Execute preventive maintenance routines on Husky injection units and Sacmi molding machines.
  • Maintain peripheral dryers, material loaders, granulators, and process cooling loops.
  • Keep comprehensive equipment files, maintenance logs, and asset history cards updated.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and core hydraulic faults to reduce runtime interruptions.
