Job Description

Sacmi Operator

  • Minimum Qualification: Trade Certificate (Mechanical / Electrical)
  • Experience Required: 3–4 Years
  • Industry Focus: Sacmi Compression Moulding Systems

Job Purpose
To operate and adjust Sacmi continuous compression closure molding machinery to hit volume targets.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Sacmi compression systems, slitting machines, and camera sorting lines.
  • Track extrusion temperatures, knife cutting profiles, and mold pressure configurations.
  • Perform regular dimensional and closure weight checks to discover visual variations early.
  • Clean operational surfaces and help maintenance teams during tool changes or knife switches.
