Job Description

Technician – ICT System
  • Source of Recruitment: Local
  • Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Information and Communications Technology (ICT)
  • Experience Required: 5–6 Years
  • Industry Focus: Corporate IT & Networking

Job Purpose
To support the plant’s internet connections, corporate Wi-Fi infrastructure, local network hardware, and user computing units.
Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and upgrade local network components, router frames, network switches, and office firewalls.
  • Troubleshoot floor Wi-Fi access point drops and manage copper/fiber network cables throughout the plant.
  • Set up staff computing hardware, configure operating systems, and manage local printer connections.
  • Monitor bandwidth distribution, manage user credentials, and resolve internal helpdesk IT requests
