Role Summary

Cultivate a highly interactive, supportive online community by managing daily user interactions, comments, and direct messages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all public comments, direct messages, and brand mentions.
  • Drive community engagement by initiating conversations, hosting live Q&As, and checking trending discussions.
  • Relay audience feedback, frequently asked questions, and user insights back to the internal strategy team.
