Job Description: Store Supervisor
About the Role
The Store Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the resort inventory and storage facilities. This position ensures accurate stock control, monitors supply levels, handles receiving, and coordinates distributions across various hotel departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily stock reception, verification, arrangements, and internal issues.
- Maintain real-time inventory records using the resort property management system.
- Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Manage vendor deliveries and verify item quality and quantities against purchase orders.
- Prevent stock-outs, minimize waste, and maintain clean, secure storage areas.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Mandatory operational knowledge of IDS PMS software.
- Previous store management or inventory control experience within a hotel environment.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational capabilities and high attention to detail.
