Job Description

About the Role
The Housekeeping Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and aesthetic presentation of guest rooms and designated public zones. This role ensures the resort adheres to premium cleanliness and presentation benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
  • Clean, dust, polish, and vacuum guest rooms, corridors, and communal spaces.
  • Change bed linens, replenish towels, and restock room amenities daily.
  • Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
  • Handle guest laundry requests and manage cleaning chemical usage safely.
  • Respect guest privacy and secure lost-and-found items according to resort policy.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Proven experience as a room attendant or housekeeper in a commercial hotel setting.
  • Deep knowledge of sanitation practices, cleaning methods, and chemical safety.
  • Strong physical stamina, agility, and the ability to work flexible shifts.
  • Absolute integrity, trustworthiness, and strong teamwork capabilities.

Shared General Requirements
  • Previous hospitality or hotel operations background.
  • Proven experience directly relevant to the specific position applied for.
  • Strong work ethic, professionalism, and teamwork mentality.
