Job Description

About the Role
The Receptionist acts as the primary point of contact for guests, managing front desk operations. This role focuses on welcoming guests, executing seamless registration, managing reservations, and handling guest inquiries to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Key Responsibilities
    • Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and payment processing.
    • Provide detailed information regarding resort services, amenities, local attractions, and travel options.
    • Process guest reservations, modifications, and cancellations efficiently.
    • Answer, screen, and forward incoming telephone calls and manage front desk correspondence.
    • Address and resolve guest complaints or escalate them to management when necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements
    • Mandatory operational knowledge of IDS PMS software.
    • Previous front office or guest relations experience in the hospitality industry.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    • Professional presentation, interpersonal skills, and a customer-centric attitude.
