KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with SME customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
  • Resolve customer concerns and coordinate service delivery with internal teams.
  • Monitor account performance and prepare customer portfolio reports.
  • Identify opportunities for repeat business, referrals, and account growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors Degree from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in customer service, account management, or client relationship management.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
  • Experience working with SME customers is an added advantage.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Customer-focused and relationship-oriented.
  • Results-driven with high integrity.
  • Strong team player.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
