About the Role

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying business opportunities and supporting the growth of the bank’s customer portfolio. The role involves understanding customer financial needs, promoting appropriate banking products and services, monitoring customer relationships and contributing to the bank’s business development objectives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Identify opportunities to attract new customers and expand the bank’s customer portfolio.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend suitable banking products and services.
  • Support the achievement of customer acquisition, revenue and business growth targets.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and address service-related concerns.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and relationship management reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate efficient service delivery.
  • Monitor customer accounts and identify potential risks or service needs.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant banking policies and procedures.
  • Provide management with updates on customer relationships, market trends and business opportunities.
