JOB SUMMARY

On behalf of our client, a leading real estate organisation, we are seeking a Document Controller to maintain the controlled document register and EDMS for project drawings, RFls, submittals and correspondence, keep milestone evidence traceable, and support audit-readiness for Board reporting.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant diploma or degree; experience with Aconex, Procore, SharePoint or a similar EDMS preferred.
  • Four to seven years in construction document control.
  • At least two years in Uganda or East Africa preferred.
  • Experience on a high-rise or multi-package project involving several contractors and consultants.
  • Knowledge of document control numbering conventions and SharePoint or other cloud file management systems.
