Job Description: Property Inspector (2 Positions)
Role Overview:
As a Property Inspector, you will be responsible for evaluating the physical condition of our residential and commercial portfolios. You will conduct thorough walkthroughs, document maintenance needs, and ensure all managed properties meet Spectrum’s high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Routine Inspections: Conduct regular move-in, move-out, and periodic routine inspections of residential and commercial properties.
  • Detailed Reporting: Create comprehensive, photographic reports detailing the condition of the property, structural elements, utilities, and fixtures.
  • Issue Identification: Identify immediate maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lease violations, and escalate them to the maintenance team.
  • Client & Tenant Relations: Act as a professional liaison between the agency, tenants, and property owners during on-site visits.

Ideal Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in real estate inspection, property management, or construction assessment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and sharp observation skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for generating clear reports.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and reliability.
