About this job:

Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a Manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.

Our client OLD MUTUAL INVESTMENT GROUP in Uganda, is looking for OIPA IMPLEMENTATION SUPPORT (TEMPORARY ROLE/CONTRACT).

1. JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for accurate data entry, validation, and onboarding of member and scheme data within the Life Administration System. The role supports timely system implementation by maintaining data quality, performing reconciliations, and escalating emerging data or system issues to fast-track project delivery.

2. KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

. Key Out puts & Deliverables (work elements)

• Capture, validate, and upload member and scheme data accurately and within agreed timelines. 

•  Support scheme installation and onboarding to accelerate system implementation. 

• Perform data cleansing, reconciliations, and quality checks to ensure data integrity. 

• Identify and escalate data or system issues that may impact project delivery. 

• Maintain and update member and scheme records. 

• Support system testing and validation activities. 

•Work with Operations, IT, and Project teams to resolve implementation bottlenecks. 

• Provide implementation progress updates and trackers to support timely project delivery.

3. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Data entry and validation. 

• Digital literacy and system proficiency. 

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

•Communication and teamwork. 

• Attention to detail and accuracy. 

• Ability to identify and escalate issues. 

• Results-oriented and deadline-driven.

Qualifications and experience

• University degree in business studies preferably Actuarial, Statistics, Business statistics Quantitative Economics or Business Computing. Knowledge of insurance would be added advantage.
