About the Employer:
Warnda Village is a premier outdoor and indoor leisure venue, restaurant, and event space located along Kira-Bulindo Road (next to the UN Mall) in Kira Town. We are dedicated to creating vibrant, memorable guest experiences through exceptional hospitality, high-quality dining, and a beautiful, relaxed leisure environment.
About the Role:
As the Floor Manager, you will oversee the daily front-of-house operations of the entire venue. You will manage shift teams, ensure high service standards during peak restaurant hours and private events, handle customer escalations smoothly, and maintain a seamless workflow between the kitchen, bar, and floor.
Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight: Supervise the opening, running, and closing procedures of the indoor restaurant and outdoor leisure spaces.

Team Leadership: Manage, schedule, and motivate floor supervisors, servers, hostesses, and cleaners to maintain a high-performance culture.

Guest Experience: Interact with guests, gather feedback, and resolve service issues quickly to ensure maximum satisfaction.

Stock & Safety: Monitor daily floor inventory, coordinate setup variations for specific events, and enforce safety and hygiene rules.
Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience as a Floor Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, or Senior Supervisor in a high-volume hospitality venue or event space.

Strong leadership, conflict-resolution, and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal communication and a customer-centric attitude.
