Salary Scale: MNSL 5

Reports To: Technical Supervisor

Supervises: Plumbing Assistant

Job Purpose

To carry out plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance to ensure efficient water supply, drainage, and sanitation systems at the stadium.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Installs, maintains, and repairs plumbing systems including pipes, valves, fixtures, toilets, sinks, and drainage systems.

  2. Responds to plumbing emergencies and carries out prompt repairs to minimize disruptions.

  3. Inspects plumbing systems to identify issues and recommend necessary corrective actions.

  4. Ensures proper functioning of water supply and sanitation facilities throughout the stadium.

  5. Maintains tools and equipment in good working condition.

  6. Prepares reports on work completed and materials used.

  7. Complies with health, safety, and building regulations related to plumbing.

  8. Assists in planning and implementing plumbing works during renovations and upgrades.

Person Specifications

Academic Qualifications

– Diploma in Plumbing or Water Systems Maintenance from a recognized institution.

Working Experience

– Two (2) years relevant working experience at similar level in a reputable organization.
