Stranded motorists can contact their customer care team to have a certified technician dispatched directly to their location in under an hour. The field technician performs a technical diagnostic test on the old vehicle battery, completes the professional replacement installation on-site using specialized tools, and issues an official manufacturer warranty card directly to the client.
