Company Description
The National Building Review Board is a statutory corporate body established under the Building Control Act, Cap. 136, operating under the Ministry of Works and Transport. The Board is mandated to oversee and regulate building activities, ensuring compliance with national building standards and codes.
Its primary functions include reviewing and adjudicating disputes related to building approvals, inspecting construction projects, and providing expert guidance on adherence to technical and safety regulations. The Board works closely with developers, architects, engineers, local authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure that building practices are safe, sustainable, and meet legal requirements.
