Oxfam Novib is 100% committed to preventing and eradicating any form of exploitation and abuse in our work, as described in our Code of Conduct . We stand for the safety and well-being of children, young people and adults.
We hold ourselves and everyone who works for us accountable for impeccable conduct. Sexual misconduct, harassment, exploitation and fraud are expressly prohibited. The code of conduct is therefore also our ethical standard for assessing the actions of employees and the organization.
As part of the application process, we therefore ask for references under the Inter-Agency Misconduct Disclosure Scheme and a recent Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).
